Word Clock

My parents wanted a word clock like the QLOCKTWO, so I built it for them.
I used a laser cutter to cut the words out of the acrylic front panel, then built the LEDs out of an LED strip and then put the whole thing together with a microcontroller and a real-time clock.
The brightness of the LEDs changes dynamically through ambient light but can also be adjusted manually.
A keypad on the back let's you change the time if necessary.
